        In 1981, I decided that our business, Hodder Construction, would be based

      A local heritage home is getting a renovation. Details in Projects &amp;amp; Updates!
      Lot 2 of Juniper West Phase 4 is currently under construction and open for purchase! It is a locally designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom plan at 1465 sqft. Details here!      
      We also have various renovations on the go at the moment. If you would like a quote on your own renovation, please do not hesitate to contact us! 
      Capilano Drive Lot 3 in the Juniper Ridge area is now complete. 
      The lot 5 project in Rose Hill (Kamloops BC) is also complete.
