Construction Labourer

Kamloops, BCFull-Time

Support our crews on residential and commercial job sites across Kamloops. A great entry point into the trades with steady, year-round work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist carpenters and tradespeople with day-to-day site tasks
  • Load, unload and move building materials safely
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision
  • Keep job sites clean, organized and safe
  • Help with site prep, framing, demolition and cleanup

Requirements

  • Reliable, punctual and motivated to learn the trade
  • Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work
  • Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation preferred
  • Construction experience is an asset but not required

Carpenter

Responsibilities

  • Frame, finish and renovate residential and commercial projects
  • Read blueprints and execute work to specification
  • Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry and finish carpentry
  • Mentor labourers and apprentices on site
  • Maintain quality, safety and schedule on every project

Requirements

  • Proven carpentry experience (rough and/or finish)
  • Red Seal certification or equivalent experience an asset
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and construction practices
  • Own basic hand tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
